This role sits at the center of high-stakes government bidding activity, where precision, structure, and timing directly influence contract wins. You will manage the full lifecycle of government RFP submissions, from opportunity intake to final delivery. The position requires strong ownership of deadlines, compliance, and coordination across multiple internal stakeholders. You will translate complex government requirements into clear, compliant, and compelling proposal responses. The environment is fast-paced, detail-driven, and highly collaborative, with a strong focus on continuous process improvement. Your work will directly contribute to improving bid quality, efficiency, and win rates over time.
- Manage end-to-end government RFP and bid submission processes, including intake, planning, drafting, reviews, and final submission
- Monitor procurement portals and identify relevant US state and federal contracting opportunities
- Own timelines, compliance requirements, document formatting, and submission accuracy to ensure error-free delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and secure timely approvals
- Break down large and complex RFP documents into structured response plans aligned with evaluation criteria
- Draft, edit, and refine proposal responses ensuring clarity, compliance, and consistency with solicitation requirements
- Maintain version control and ensure all submissions meet strict government formatting and procedural standards
- Build and maintain reusable content libraries, templates, and compliance checklists to improve efficiency
- Proven hands-on experience with US state and/or federal government contracting and RFP submissions
- Familiarity with government procurement platforms and bid management workflows
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and proposal structuring within public sector bidding
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex inputs into clear, structured responses
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and version control capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under time pressure
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills and proactive communication style
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
