This role is a key driver of growth for a fast-scaling SaaS partnership ecosystem across North America.
You will be responsible for building, launching, and expanding strategic relationships with agencies, technology partners, and marketplace ecosystems to accelerate revenue growth.
The position combines outbound partner acquisition with long-term relationship management, requiring both commercial acumen and hands-on execution.
You will play a central role in shaping a new partnership function in the region, directly influencing how partner-led revenue is built and scaled.
This is a highly visible role where you will represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem activations.
You will operate in a fast-moving environment where experimentation, ownership, and performance are key to success.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and grow a portfolio of revenue-generating partnerships with agencies, affiliates, and SaaS solution providers.
  • Identify and acquire new partners through outbound prospecting, ecosystem platforms (e.g., Shopify, Zendesk), and industry events.
  • Own the full partner lifecycle including sourcing, onboarding, activation, and long-term relationship development.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and industry events across North America.
  • Manage partner performance tracking, including referrals, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting on partner pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Finance, to validate payouts and manage commission processes.
  • Develop and execute strategies to strengthen partner engagement and increase retention and growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align partnership initiatives with broader sales and marketing objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, business development, or channel sales.
  • Strong experience working with the Shopify ecosystem and other SaaS marketplaces or integrations.
  • Proven ability to source and develop new partnerships from scratch through outbound prospecting.
  • Experience running commercial discovery calls and delivering persuasive partner presentations.
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets and managing a structured partner pipeline.
  • Prior experience representing a company at industry events, conferences, or trade shows.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics such as MRR, churn, LTV, and partner performance KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership of outcomes.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work model with flexible working hours across Canada or the USA.
  • Contract options including B2B or employment via an EOR model.
  • 26 days of paid time off annually.
  • Access to learning and development opportunities, including courses and conferences.
  • Equipment provided and customizable (MacBook Pro, monitors, accessories).
  • Mental health support program including therapy sessions and wellness resources.
  • Sport and wellness allowance or financial equivalent.
  • Free access to leading e-book and audiobook platforms.
  • Regular team events, offsites, and company-wide social activities.
  • Budget for English language learning and professional development.
