What You'll Do

As a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate, you'll help ensure our customers receive the right products at the right time. Responsibilities include:

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Organize, stock, and replenish warehouse inventory.
• Pick, build, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load delivery trucks for daily routes.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training and certification provided).
• Use handheld scanners and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate product records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company quality, safety, and freshness standards.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable team members who take pride in their work and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse or forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to become certified on company warehouse equipment.
• Successfully complete a post-offer physical assessment.
• Successful completion of Post-Offer Pre-Employment Physical Assessment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift, move, and organize warehouse products safely throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse technology, including handheld scanners and voice-picking systems.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
