Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience leading business analysis for enterprise .NET application modernization, legacy system migration, and digital transformation projects. The role will bridge business and technical teams, driving requirements from analysis through delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and workflow diagrams.
• Support legacy system modernization, data migration, QA, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with business, development, QA, and project teams throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.

• Experience with .NET modernization, legacy migration, Azure Functions, APIs, SQL Server, and .NET Core.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies, microservices, and DevOps.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Clarity PPM, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• IIBA Business Analyst certification required; Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
