This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraising and development professional to drive global donor engagement and operational excellence within a mission-driven organization. In this strategic leadership role, you will manage key donor relationships, develop compelling funding communications, and strengthen the systems that support international fundraising efforts. Working in a highly collaborative, remote-first environment, you will partner with cross-functional teams across multiple regions to advance impactful initiatives. The role combines relationship management, project leadership, data-driven decision-making, and strategic operations, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a global, fast-paced setting while contributing to meaningful social impact
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate, foundation, and individual donors by developing tailored engagement strategies, nurturing long-term relationships, and ensuring successful stewardship activities.
- Prepare high-quality grant proposals, donor reports, presentations, concept notes, and other strategic communications that effectively communicate organizational impact and funding opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align donor priorities with organizational goals while ensuring grant deliverables and partnership commitments are successfully executed.
- Lead and optimize fundraising operations by maintaining CRM data integrity, overseeing donor records, managing gift processing, and improving systems and workflows.
- Coordinate donor events, fundraising initiatives, team planning activities, and cross-functional projects while supporting budgeting, prospect research, and organizational reporting.
- Analyze fundraising performance, donor engagement metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including proven success in fundraising, donor relationship management, and partnership cultivation.
- Strong expertise in developing compelling written communications, including grant proposals, donor reports, executive presentations, and strategic messaging.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across international and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and managing fundraising data, reporting, and operational processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with excellent attention to detail and sound professional judgment.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, globally distributed, and fast-paced environment while collaborating across cultures and time zones.
- Commitment to mission-driven work and experience supporting global or international organizations is highly valued.
- Previous experience within large nonprofit networks or familiarity with fundraising best practices is considered an advantage.
- Candidates must already have valid work authorization and residency rights in the country where they will be employed, as visa sponsorship is not available.
