Digital Marketing & Technology Specialist in Duncan, South Carolina at Bath Fitter

Bath Fitter is the leading bathroom remodeling company serving customers across the Southeast. We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Technology Specialist to help oversee our digital marketing systems, websites, and technology tools while supporting our growing AI-enabled marketing operation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both marketing and technology, is comfortable working with AI tools, and can ensure digital campaigns and websites are running effectively.

What You'll Do

Digital Marketing

• Review and monitor paid search (Google Ads/SEM) campaigns for performance and accuracy
• Review AI-generated marketing content and website updates before publication
• Monitor SEO performance and identify opportunities to improve search visibility
• Track and report on marketing performance across multiple markets
• Help improve AI-driven marketing workflows and processes
• Coordinate with marketing vendors and platform partners

Website Management

• Manage and maintain WordPress websites
• Review, test, and publish website updates
• Monitor site performance, security, and uptime
• Maintain integrations such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM connections

Technology Support

• Manage employee devices, including laptops, phones, and tablets
• Support company phone systems and business software
• Assist employees with day-to-day technology questions and troubleshooting
• Manage user accounts and software access

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including SEM and/or SEO
• Experience using AI tools in a professional setting
• Working knowledge of WordPress
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently

Preferred Experience

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar marketing platforms
• Knowledge of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience supporting business technology and devices
• Home services, home improvement, or franchise marketing experience
