This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analyst, Trust & Safety Operations based in India.
This role sits within a fast-paced Trust & Safety Operations function supporting the quality and integrity of a global research technology platform.
You will investigate quality issues, monitor operational data, and identify unusual patterns that could affect suppliers, clients, or users.
The position combines data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, quality investigations, and continuous process improvement.
You will work across departments to manage requests and escalations while providing clear, actionable insights from your findings.
The role is well suited to someone who is curious, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working with large datasets and multiple priorities.
You will also contribute to quality programs, product improvements, documentation, and initiatives designed to strengthen operational standards.
This is a fully remote opportunity requiring availability to work US Eastern Time (EST) hours.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage incoming requests, quality concerns, and operational escalations.
- Conduct quality investigations by analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and preparing clear reports and insights.
- Monitor internal data, traffic patterns, and performance statistics to proactively identify unusual spikes, declines, or irregularities at supplier, client, or user level.
- Support and drive quality programs involving suppliers, clients, users, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Investigate data anomalies and help troubleshoot underlying quality or operational issues.
- Share concise, actionable feedback and recommendations based on data findings.
- Contribute ideas and requirements for the development and improvement of internal tools, products, and operational processes.
- Regularly maintain and update product documentation, process documentation, and internal knowledge resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall quality function through new processes, tools, monitoring approaches, and operational practices.
- Manage multiple tasks and investigations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, prioritization, and timely follow-through.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and geographies while maintaining strong and trustworthy working relationships.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in the market research services industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze datasets of varying sizes, identify patterns and irregularities, and investigate data-quality issues.
- Experience working with market research data checks, validation processes, or related quality-control activities.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, filtering, formulas, and data manipulation.
- Experience performing data cleansing activities such as de-duplication checks and working with large files.
- Ability to communicate data findings clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous tasks, investigations, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, curious, enterprising mindset with a willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how operational decisions can affect customers, suppliers, users, and business outcomes.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and locations.
- A hands-on, problem-solving approach and the ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous situations.
- Knowledge of sampling criteria and panel management is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining engaged and responsive to distributed teams.
