Site Supervisor (Captain)-Federal Armed Security in Atlanta, Georgia at Vision Quest Solutions Inc

Weekly Hours: 140 hours

Estimated Staffing Need: 3.5 FTE

Vision Quest Solutions is seeking experienced Site Supervisors (Captains) to support an upcoming federal security contract with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring contractual obligations are met by providing leadership, managing scheduling, overseeing training, and maintaining equipment while supervising armed security personnel.

• Ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Exercise leadership over assigned personnel.
• Manage employee scheduling.
• Train security staff.
• Maintain assigned equipment.

• Strong work and security experience.
• Demonstrated maturity.
• Appropriate education.
• Subject to final approval by the CDC Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• Must be capable of performing all duties of subordinate armed officers.
