In this role, you will play a key part in shaping financial visibility and strategic decision-making at the corporate level within a fast-paced, global organization. You will be responsible for consolidating financial performance, delivering high-quality reporting, and supporting forecasting and planning cycles that guide executive decisions. Acting as a trusted finance partner, you will translate complex financial data into clear insights for senior leadership, enabling better understanding of business drivers, risks, and opportunities. You will also contribute to cash flow management and long-term financial modeling to support capital allocation and liquidity planning. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring close collaboration with teams across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations. You will be responsible for leading financial reporting, analysis, and planning activities that ensure accurate, timely, and actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including P&L and cash flow statements
- Develop executive-level financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, the Board of Directors, and Investor Relations
- Analyze actuals versus budget, forecast, and prior-year performance, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, including company-wide financial consolidation
- Manage cash flow forecasting and maintain financial models to support liquidity planning and capital allocation decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations to ensure financial accuracy and alignment
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting accuracy, and internal controls
This role requires strong financial expertise, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate insights effectively in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Reporting roles
- Strong understanding of financial statements and advanced financial modeling skills
- Experience preparing executive-level reporting and materials for senior leadership or Board presentations
- Strong proficiency in financial systems and tools such as Excel, SAP, Hyperion, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with tight deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior leadership interactions
- High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
