This role is centered on driving the successful transition of Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) requirements for new client accounts within a global real estate and facilities management environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all HSSEQ frameworks, processes, and compliance standards are effectively implemented during client onboarding and transition phases. The position requires strong project coordination skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to operate across multiple concurrent transitions. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and global stakeholders to ensure readiness for day-one operations. The environment is dynamic, deadline-driven, and highly collaborative, requiring both strategic oversight and operational execution. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in HSSEQ, transition management, or facilities-related compliance functions.
You will lead and coordinate HSSEQ transition activities to ensure smooth onboarding of new client accounts and full compliance with operational standards.
- Manage HSSEQ deliverables across multiple client transitions, ensuring readiness for day-one operations
- Gather, review, and validate all HSSEQ-related client information required for successful implementation
- Develop and execute structured transition plans aligned with strict deadlines and client expectations
- Track progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on transition status
- Maintain and update HSSEQ data and documentation within project management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, HR, compliance, technical, and procurement teams
- Promote and support HSSEQ standards and culture across client and internal environments
- Identify risks, issues, and gaps during transitions and implement corrective actions where needed
- Ensure alignment with global HSSEQ frameworks and organizational best practices
This role requires strong HSSEQ knowledge combined with experience in transition management and client-facing project delivery.
- Proven experience in HSSEQ, health & safety, or facilities/project management environments
- Experience managing client onboarding, transition projects, or multi-stakeholder implementations
- Recognized health and safety qualification is required
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and operational risk management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools
- Experience working in multi-country or global environments is a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
