Warehouse Team Lead in Aguadilla at SOLX HOLDINGS LLC

The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations within the solar panel manufacturing facility by coordinating warehouse activities, assisting team members, and ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and timely shipping and receiving operations. This role serves as a liaison between warehouse personnel and supervisors while promoting safety, productivity, and operational excellence.

• Lead and support daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, material movement, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to warehouse employees to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory handling and material movement to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and system transactions.
• Ensure proper organization, labeling, and storage of materials within the warehouse.
• Support inbound and outbound shipment processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Assist in operating forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Train and coach warehouse employees on procedures, safety practices, and operational standards.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or operational issues to supervisors.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization according to company standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse efficiency and inventory control.
• Assist supervisors with shift communication, reporting, and operational updates.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or vocational training related to warehouse operations or logistics preferred.

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, solar panel manufacturing, or industrial environments is a plus.

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control practices.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or barcode scanning systems preferred.
• Familiarity with forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
