Bell Attendant (Luxury 5-star Hotel)

We are collaborating with a prestigious luxury hospitality group to recruit professional and service-oriented Bell Attendants to join a high-standard hotel operation.

This role is suited for individuals with a strong hospitality background who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment.

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a polished first and last impression.

• Assist guests with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room transfers.

• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features, hotel facilities, and services.

• Coordinate luggage storage, deliveries, and transportation requests efficiently.

• Communicate guest needs and special requests to the Front Office and other departments.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage areas.

• Handle guest inquiries courteously and provide basic information about the hotel and surroundings.

• Uphold the hotels standards of luxury service and professionalism at all times.

• Minimum 1.5 years of working experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel.

• Previous experience in guest-facing roles such as Bell Attendant, Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, or Service Staff.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.

• Professional appearance with a polished service attitude aligned with luxury standards.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a guest-focused mindset, even under pressure.

• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
