• Provide extraordinary hospitality to guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Deliver consistent high-quality service and cocktails.
• Act as a role model for professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm, polite, and attentive during both high-volume and late-night shifts.
• Proficient in Toast (POS) and cash handling.
