With 40+ locations across New York, New Jersey, Virginia, and West Virginia, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and a premium tanning experience to every guest.

Position Summary:
As a Salon Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering top‑tier guest service, and setting the tone for a positive, high‑performing workplace. You’ll lead by example, exceed sales expectations, manage scheduling, oversee inventory, provide expert product knowledge, and work collaboratively to achieve both individual and store‑wide goals.
Responsibilities:
Support the team with a hands‑on leadership style
Manage daily salon operations and uphold company standards
Deliver and reinforce exceptional guest service
Train, coach, and motivate team members
Monitor sales results and implement strategies to increase revenue
Maintain accurate inventory and follow loss‑prevention procedures
Build strong client relationships and identify service needs
Review performance reports and identify improvement opportunities
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven sales leadership experience with a strong sales background
Ability to work effectively in a team‑driven, fast‑paced environment
2–3 years of successful sales experience
2–3 years of management or supervisory experience, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales and operational goals
Passion for maintaining a polished, welcoming store appearance
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; on‑call support required
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Adherence to loss‑prevention and compliance standards
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Experience in the tanning/spa industry is a plus
