Airline Utility Worker in San Jose, California at SkyChefs, LLC

SkyChefs is seeking motivated, team-oriented individuals to join our team as Airline Utility Workers. This position supports daily operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment in our fast-paced airline catering facility.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for cleaning and organizing dishes, glassware, trolleys, trays, and other airline equipment in a timely manner. Maintains sanitation standards in accordance with Company policy and USDA/FDA/HACCP regulations. Receive and sort items for catering carts.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs or push up to 50 lbs
• Must have good organizational skills and adaptable to frequent changes
• Must be able to work around moving parts & wet floors
• Must be able to use fingers & hands to handle equipment
• Must be able to walk/stoop/ bend/stand for entire work shift
• Must be able to work a hot and cold environment
• Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment which includes nights, weekends and holidays subject to change due to shift bidding
