In this role, you will lead product analytics initiatives across multiple high-growth product areas, partnering closely with executive leadership, product, engineering, and design teams. You will help define the metrics, experimentation frameworks, and strategic recommendations that influence major business decisions and long-term growth. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the overall product analytics strategy across multiple business-critical product lines and growth initiatives.
  • Partner with executives, product managers, designers, and engineers to influence roadmap decisions through actionable insights and experimentation.
  • Develop analytical frameworks that identify growth opportunities, improve conversion and retention, and support revenue optimization.
  • Own experimentation strategy, including test design, interpretation, guardrails, and cross-experiment analysis to uncover scalable insights.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product analysts while establishing strong analytical standards and best practices.
  • Oversee the quality and accuracy of AI-assisted analytical workflows, validating outputs and improving system reliability over time.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations that influence executive strategy and operational priorities.
  • Foster a culture of analytical rigor, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product analytics within high-growth, consumer-facing environments.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing and developing product analytics teams.
  • Strong expertise in experimentation methodologies, causal inference, statistical analysis, and growth analytics.
  • Proven track record of influencing product roadmaps and executive decision-making through strategic analytical insights.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted analytics tools and the ability to evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern analytics platforms such as Snowflake, dbt, Amplitude, Hex, and Mode.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting insights to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Experience balancing strategic leadership with hands-on analytical execution in a player-coach capacity.
