VUE D'ENSEMBLE :
En tant que associ commercial temps partiel, vous aurez l'occasion d'obtenir une formation officielle et de mettre les connaissances acquises profit au moyen d'expriences concrtes, soit en exploitant une succursale et en rpondant aux besoins des clients. Il s'agit d'une excellente faon d'apprendre les ficelles de notre mtier au sein d'une industrie ou tout se passe trs rapidement et d'ventuellement subir une mutation vers un poste temps complet en vente. Fastenal Company est prsentement la recherche de candidats pour occuper le poste de associ commercial temps partiel dans la succursale sise au 400-222 Ave Taniata, Lvis, QC G6W 5M6.

RESPONSABILITS :
Les tches et les responsabilits de ce poste comprennent, entre autres :
o La collaboration la vente et au service la clientle
o La gestion des stocks
o Le passage et le traitement des commandes
o Les visites de vente et les livraisons locales au volant d'un vhicule de l'entreprise

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :
Pour ce poste, les candidats devront disposer des comptences et des qualifications suivantes :
o Avoir au moins 18 ans
o Dtenir un permis de conduire valide dlivr dans le pays o se trouve le poste (y compris la russite de tout programme de permis progressif applicable dans votre tat ou province) et tre en mesure de satisfaire nos exigences en matire de dossier de conduite
o tre titulaire d'un DEUG en conomie-gestion ou en marketing, ou en voie d'obtenir un tel diplme, ou disposer d'une exprience professionnelle similaire dans l'industrie ainsi qu'une connaissance du march local
o Faire montre d'excellentes aptitudes en vente et tre la recherche d'un salaire fixe plus intressement
o Avoir de solides comptences en informatique et en mathmatiques
o Faire montre d'excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et crite
o Avoir une personnalit oriente client
o Dmontrer les valeurs de notre entreprise en matire d'innovation, de travail d'quipe, d'ambition et d'intgrit
o tre en mesure de soulever, de faire glisser et de dposer au sol des paquets pesant gnralement de 25 50 lb, mais pouvant peser jusqu' 75 lb

OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-time Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to balance formal training with real-world experience running a branch and working with customers. It's a great way to learn the ropes of our fast paced industry and potentially transition into a full-time sales position. This position is for our branch located at 400-222 Ave Taniata, Lvis, QC G6W 5M6.

TRAINING PROGRAM:
The training experience includes hands-on, online and classroom training offered through our corporate university. The training program for current employees who are promoted into these positions will vary based on prior experience with the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Assisting with sales and customer service
o Managing inventory
o Placing and fulfilling orders
o Performing local sales calls and deliveries with a company vehicle

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
o Possess or are working towards a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or related field of study OR have customer service or industry related work experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient computer skills
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and desire to earn commission after the training period
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
