We are currently recruiting a Commodity Manager PV/Bess to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.
Location: Tempe, Arizona
Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned categories.
- Conduct supplier negotiations and manage contracts in coordination with legal.
- Analyze spending and cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
- Coach and review work of more junior procurement team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve supply issues.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s required; Master’s or advanced coursework in supply chain/business a plus.
- CIPS/ISM Level 4+ or equivalent preferred.
Experience & Technical Skills
- 6-8 years’ procurement experience, including sourcing/negotiation.
- Advanced user of procurement/CLM systems.
- Strong data analysis/reporting (Excel, BI tools).
