Bilingual Sales Representative | Up to $21K + Commissions in CDMX at RUI USA, LLC

• Handle inbound sales calls for telecommunications products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.
• Meet and exceed sales and conversion goals.
• Accurately document customer information in CRM platforms.
• Work efficiently across multiple systems while managing customer conversations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience in a call center environment.
• Experience handling customer calls while navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, email, browsers, and other business applications.
• Results-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new processes.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $19,000 – $21,000 MXN per month
