Hauling Inc. is seeking dependable Class A CDL drivers from the Watertown, South Dakota area for long-haul, over-the-road flatbed trucking opportunities.

Our company operates out of Bryant, South Dakota, approximately 40 miles from Watertown. Our drivers travel across various service areas, with flexibility in time spent on the road depending on individual preferences, assigned routes, and operational needs.

Bryant serves as our company's home terminal, with trucks returning periodically for servicing and operational needs. We're looking for safety-conscious drivers who enjoy long-haul trucking, take pride in their work, and want to maximize their mileage-based earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits

• Mileage Pay: $0.50–$0.55 per mile, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule & Driving Operations

• Long-haul, over-the-road flatbed trucking

Responsibilities

• Safely transport flatbed freight along assigned long-haul routes
• Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Properly secure and inspect flatbed loads in accordance with applicable regulations
• Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, deliveries, and scheduling
• Maintain accurate driving records and required documentation
• Comply with DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements
• Operate assigned equipment safely and professionally

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely operate flatbed equipment and secure loads
• Understanding of DOT regulations and commercial driving safety requirements
• Willingness to travel for over-the-road assignments
• Dependable communication and time-management skills
• Previous flatbed or OTR driving experience preferred
