Accountabilities:

  • Assist in the creation, maintenance, and improvement of training curriculum, manuals, and instructional materials using LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Support product launch training strategies by ensuring instructor readiness, alignment with delivery timelines, and effective resource coordination.
  • Facilitate Instructor and Assessor Qualification Workshops (IQW) and other hands-on or virtual training sessions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support strategic training initiatives and ensure consistency in program delivery.
  • Deliver remote and in-person training sessions while maintaining engagement through virtual collaboration tools and interactive facilitation techniques.
  • Analyze training performance data, feedback, and metrics to identify trends and recommend process or content improvements.
  • Support welding, hands-on, and in-shop assessment activities as part of practical training delivery.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational or technical certifications in collision repair are strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of instructional experience and at least 5 years of experience in the collision repair industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of collision repair procedures, automotive systems, and related technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in welding and practical shop-based processes.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote communication tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret training data and apply insights to improve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person environments.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving business needs in a dynamic environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and industry standards.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Opportunities for professional development and continued technical certification.
  • Exposure to a global, industry-leading training and certification environment.
  • Supportive and mission-driven organizational culture focused on continuous learning.
  • Flexible training delivery formats including virtual and in-person environments.
  • Opportunity to directly impact industry standards and workforce development.
