About the Role:

We're hiring a Post-Doctoral Program Supervisor to oversee and elevate our Post-Doc training program. In this role, you'll prepare doctoral candidates for licensure by ensuring they deliver consistent, high-quality clinical care, supported by strong supervision, documentation oversight, and a deep commitment to professional growth. You'll maintain your own clinical caseload while leading a small team of Post-Doc Supervisors and Candidates, shaping the next generation of independent practitioners.

This is a meaningful leadership opportunity for a licensed psychologist who loves mentoring early-career clinicians and thrives in a values-driven, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:
Supervision & Training
  • Provide weekly individual and group supervision to Post-Doc Candidates

  • Coordinate and oversee monthly didactics trainings, including securing trainers and reviewing materials for trainings

  • One to three days in Manhattan office to provide in-person support for post-doc candidates

Clinical Quality Oversight

  • Maintain a clinical caseload alongside your supervisory responsibilities (approx. 20 sessions/week)

  • Monitor, review and sign off on documentation, and reinforce quality and timeliness standards

  • Track Post-Doc client retention and engagement to support quality care

  • Facilitate access to training resources for key clinical skills

Provider Support & Culture

  • Support Post-Doc schedule management and utilization

  • Foster a culture of communication, accountability, and shared values

Recruitment & Leadership Collaboration

  • Manage the Post-Doc application process, including posting roles and reviewing candidates

  • Participate in interviews to ensure strong fit with TCP's program and values

What We're Looking For:
  • Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in good standing in New York

  • Eligible to provide post-doctoral supervision in New York State

  • Minimum 3-4 years of post-licensure clinical experience

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or training experience; preferred post-doc supervisory experience

  • Strong familiarity with EHR systems (superuser-level comfort preferred) and general comfort with workplace technology (communication platforms, troubleshooting)

  • Experience with clinical policies, SOPs, and insurance compliance

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style

  • Alignment with TCP's vision, values, and organizational goals
