  • Conduct code reviews, improve existing implementations, and contribute to best practices in version control and software quality.
  • Implement cybersecurity requirements, including secure coding practices and maintaining code integrity and traceability.
  • Optimize input/output performance and support software quality assurance and validation efforts.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of software development experience in embedded systems using C/C++ and/or Python.
  • Strong experience working with Linux and/or real-time operating systems in production environments.
  • Background in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience integrating hardware and software systems, including knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, or embedded electronics.
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Git/GitHub, Modbus, Python, and Qt is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience applying structured engineering and debugging methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in cross-functional technical environments.
Benefits:
  • Annual salary range: $103,000 – $129,000 depending on experience
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance
  • Life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment coverage
