This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide strategy for AI enablement and data platforms, building the foundational systems that power analytics, automation, and intelligent agent-driven workflows. You will shape how data and AI are used across the organization, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant adoption of modern technologies in a regulated environment. Acting as both strategist and hands-on technical leader, you will design the platform vision while also driving execution across engineering, governance, and business teams. The role requires close collaboration with product, CRM, cybersecurity, legal, and business stakeholders to enable an “agentic enterprise” powered by trusted data. You will also lead the evolution from traditional data pipelines to scalable data products and AI-native workflows. This is a high-impact position where your work directly influences operational efficiency, advisor productivity, and client experience.
In this role, you will lead the enterprise AI and data platform strategy while ensuring secure, scalable, and measurable delivery of data-driven and AI-enabled capabilities across the organization.
- Define and execute a multi-year AI and data platform strategy aligned with business, operational, and regulatory priorities
- Establish governance frameworks for data and AI, including standards, intake processes, prioritization, and value tracking (efficiency, adoption, quality, and risk metrics)
- Own and evolve the enterprise data platform (e.g., Snowflake), including architecture, engineering standards, scalability, performance, and cost optimization
- Drive the transition from traditional data pipelines to reusable, well-governed data products with clear ownership and SLAs
- Enable Salesforce and CRM-based agentic workflows through secure data integration, real-time availability, and governed access patterns
- Build enterprise AI capabilities including LLM integrations, prompt libraries, reusable workflows, and evaluation frameworks
- Partner with Cybersecurity, Legal, and Compliance to ensure AI solutions are auditable, secure, and aligned with regulatory requirements
- Lead MLOps/AgentOps practices including monitoring, version control, testing, and operational reliability of AI systems
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary AI and data organization while overseeing budgets, vendors, and platform KPIs
- Drive adoption of AI tools through enablement programs, training, and continuous feedback loops
This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in enterprise data platforms and AI enablement, combined with strong executive presence and the ability to operate in regulated, complex environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in data platforms, analytics, engineering, or AI-related leadership roles
- Proven experience building and scaling cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, architecture, and FinOps practices
- Hands-on experience enabling enterprise AI tools, including LLM-based systems, prompt engineering, and workflow integration
- Ability to translate technical architecture into business outcomes and influence executive stakeholders
- Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or wealth management is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystems (e.g., Data Cloud, Agentforce, Financial Services Cloud) is a strong plus
- Experience leading teams, driving platform modernization, and managing cross-functional delivery in complex organizations
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with a strategic and execution-oriented mindset
- Competitive compensation with comprehensive executive-level benefits package
- 11 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays
- Unlimited paid time off
- Paid parental leave and volunteer time off
- Flexible work schedule and hybrid/remote flexibility
- Highly subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance plans
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions
- Mental health support services and employee assistance programs
- Life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage
- Health savings accounts (HSA) and flexible spending accounts (FSA)
- Employee financial education and retirement planning resources
- Tuition and educational reimbursement programs
- Employee referral bonuses and charitable donation support programs
- Inclusive workplace culture with strong commitment to equal opportunity employment
