What You’ll Do- Manufacture and package high-quality hemp-based products.
- Formulate products by preparing, weighing, blending, and processing ingredients.
- Operate and maintain production and lab equipment, keeping everything clean and running smoothly.
- Document and track production activities with precision — lab notes, logs, inventory counts, and compliance records.
- Champion safety and quality in every step of the process.
- Support inventory management and ensure all materials are accounted for and properly stored.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
- Adapt and flex to support other production projects and initiatives as needed.
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong math skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures precisely
- Physical capability to: stand for long periods, lift and pour up to 35 lbs, push and pull pallets of supplies and finished products
- A team-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude
