Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery including extrusion, thermoforming, blow molding, and injection molding.
• Set up machines according to production specifications and ensure proper calibration.
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Document production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating plastic manufacturing machinery such as extrusion, thermoforming, blow molding, or injection molding.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Team player; work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance, and quality staff
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to walk production floor and warehouse regularly
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Availability for off-shift or emergency facility issues as needed
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and moving equipment
