Job Description
A Beacon of Hope Women's Center is a fully accredited, faith-based women's health clinic. We provide holistic, life-affirming, integrated sexual-health care that fosters knowledge and hope, transforming the lives of women and their families for generations.
We are currently hiring for the position of Nurse Practitioner Director to supervise our nursing staff at our two clinics. This role will be approximately 75% patient care, and includes the following responsibilities.
- Medical Leadership & Clinical Oversight: Oversight of all medical services; chart reviews; outcomes tracking; documentation standards; Linear Model adherence, weekly email communication with oversight physicians.
- Compliance, Accreditation & Quality (AAAHC): Accreditation leadership; infection control; privacy officer duties; audits; peer review; quality improvement and benchmarking. The necessary training needed for this is provided and AAAHC Accreditation experience is not required.
- Staff Supervision, Training & Scheduling: Medical staff oversight; evaluations; credentialing; licensure; scheduling; training; medical team meetings
- Program & Service Development: Development and implementation of new medical services; policy and procedure updates; standing orders
- Administrative & Operational Leadership: Budget input; AdvancedMD oversight; reporting; equipment management; inventory; calendar coordination
- Collaboration & Cross-Department Support: Leadership collaboration between non-medical patient care, social services, and restorative care
- Mission Integration & Organizational Culture: Prayer leadership; team presence; staff encouragement
- Full-time status: This position is for 30-32 hours/ week, which qualifies for our full-time benefits and PTO. We offer a competitive salary and a 403b retirement saving plan with an employer match.
MS in nursing, preference given to those with experience in women’s health
Strong leaderships ability, interpersonal communication skills and initiative
Supervisory experience preferred
Ability to be flexible with scheduling and adaptable in change
