Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Lead based in United States.
This is a high-impact Product Marketing Lead role focused on shaping how a fast-growing SaaS platform is positioned, launched, and adopted in the market. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue teams, translating complex capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that drive action. The role is central to improving how new features are brought to market, ensuring launches land with clarity and consistency. You will also play a key role in strengthening lifecycle growth motions, helping convert trial users, improve retention, and unlock expansion opportunities. In addition, you will build structured feedback loops that bring customer insights directly into product and go-to-market decisions. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a fast-moving environment where clarity, execution, and iteration matter more than process. You will be expected to build systems that scale while still operating tactically when needed.

- Demonstrated success owning and leading full product launches with measurable business impact
- Strong ability to shape messaging and positioning that improves market understanding and drives GTM effectiveness
- Experience contributing to or leading lifecycle, growth, or retention-focused marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with both product-led and sales-led motions, ideally within SMB-focused markets
- Comfortable operating with imperfect data, iterating quickly, and balancing strategy with hands-on execution
- Ability to collaborate deeply with Product, Sales, CS, and Revenue teams while driving alignment across stakeholders
- Flexible work model allowing employees to work from anywhere
- Generous paid time off and parental leave policies
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families
- Life and long-term disability insurance fully covered
- Health savings, flexible spending, and dependent care accounts with employer contributions
- Annual productivity allowance for wellness, technology, or work-enhancing needs
- 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions and equity participation opportunities
- Professional development budget to support continuous learning and career growth
- Company-sponsored gatherings and team offsites with travel support
