We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join our countertop fabrication team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment safely and efficiently while producing high-quality stone products for residential and commercial customers.

• Set up and operate production equipment according to established procedures
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect products throughout the fabrication process to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain production efficiency while working safely
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Support preventative maintenance activities and report equipment concerns
• Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and other equipment as trained
• Cross-train on multiple machines and production processes
• Work independently while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or machine operation experience
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work safely in a production environment

• Experience operating manufacturing or fabrication equipment
• Experience in stone, countertop, construction materials, or industrial manufacturing environments
• Forklift or overhead crane experience
• Familiarity with Moraware or similar production software
• Basic computer skills including Outlook and Microsoft Office
