Join a Growing Countertop Manufacturing Team

We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join our countertop fabrication team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment safely and efficiently while producing high-quality stone products for residential and commercial customers.
Requirements:- Set up and operate production equipment according to established procedures
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect products throughout the fabrication process to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain production efficiency while working safely
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Support preventative maintenance activities and report equipment concerns
- Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and other equipment as trained
- Cross-train on multiple machines and production processes
- Work independently while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least 1 year of manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or machine operation experience
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work safely in a production environment
- Experience operating manufacturing or fabrication equipment
- Experience in stone, countertop, construction materials, or industrial manufacturing environments
- Forklift or overhead crane experience
- Familiarity with Moraware or similar production software
- Basic computer skills including Outlook and Microsoft Office
