In this role, you will lead and optimize affiliate marketing programs within the financial services space, acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on account manager. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end affiliate relationships, developing performance-driven strategies, and ensuring strong execution across multiple client portfolios. The position combines analytical rigor with client-facing leadership, requiring you to translate data into actionable insights and growth opportunities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue performance. This is a highly dynamic role where you will balance strategy, operations, and relationship management in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. - Develop and execute tailored affiliate marketing strategies aligned with each client’s business goals and growth targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, ensuring smooth execution and performance optimization.
- Lead client communications, presenting performance insights, strategic recommendations, and securing stakeholder buy-in.
- Analyze program performance, identify trends in KPIs, and translate data into actionable optimization strategies.
- Build forecasts, budgets, and performance projections to guide affiliate program planning.
- Oversee affiliate recruitment, onboarding, activation, compliance, and ongoing relationship management.
- Negotiate placements, deals, and partnerships with affiliates to maximize program impact.
- Implement initiatives to drive affiliate acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention.
- Manage recurring reporting cycles (daily, weekly, monthly) and continuously recommend performance improvements.
- 3–4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate program management (agency, in-house, or network environment).
- Strong familiarity with affiliate networks such as ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, Rakuten, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with financial services clients or within regulated/compliance-heavy environments.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret performance data and KPIs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in client-facing discussions.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term affiliate partnerships.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and operational discipline.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and manage responsibilities end-to-end.
