Job Summary
The Experience Ambassadors are influencers for the Patient Experience Department. Continuing the Patient and Guest Experience improvement journey, Experience Ambassadors will lead the Our Shannon Way culture across the continuum of care to ensure the delivery of an exceptional experience to our patients, family, families, neighbors and team members.
Qualifications
Education
- Required
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Preferred
- Associate's degree in Healthcare related field or business
Experience:
- Required
- Two years of experience in Customer Service
- Preferred
- One year of experience in Healthcare
