  • Support integration of Business Central with third-party systems such as EDI, shipping platforms, and operational tools.
  • Deliver client training, user enablement, and post-go-live advisory support to ensure long-term adoption and success.
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to manage scope, timelines, and delivery quality.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices development.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV in a consulting or Microsoft partner environment.
  • Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Business Central implementations through the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong functional expertise in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, inventory, MRP/MPS, and supply chain operations.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Business Central modules and operational workflows.
  • Experience with data migration, system integration, and ERP implementation best practices.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and familiarity with EDI integrations.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical designs.
  • Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience creating detailed functional design documentation and implementation deliverables.
  • Business Central certifications and experience with ISV solutions (e.g., Insight Works, Shopify connector, Yaveon) strongly preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual compensation with OTE ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 USD.
  • Fully remote role with flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan to support long-term financial security.
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, holidays, and sick leave.
