We are looking for a Solutions Architect focused on Pre-Sales for Information Security services, responsible for designing technical solutions that connect business needs with secure and scalable architectures.
This role acts as a strategic bridge between commercial teams, technical specialists, and delivery teams, ensuring solutions are feasible from both technical and operational perspectives.
You will analyze complex requirements, define service models, evaluate technologies, and contribute to high-impact cybersecurity projects.

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for structuring technical proposals and architectures for Information Security services, ensuring alignment between client requirements, technology capabilities, and operational execution. This professional will collaborate across multiple teams to define solutions, estimate efforts, and support successful business outcomes.
- Analyze technical documents, RFPs, RFIs, requirements specifications, and other materials related to Information Security service contracts.
- Understand client objectives, technical requirements, operational needs, service levels, and expected outcomes.
- Translate cybersecurity requirements into technical architectures, operational models, team structures, and effort estimations.
- Research technologies, vendors, reference architectures, and market practices to design suitable security solutions.
- Define conceptual security architectures and service delivery models aligned with client needs.
- Decompose services into activities, deliverables, dependencies, assumptions, risks, resources, and operational requirements.
- Support the selection of technologies and vendors according to technical and business requirements.
- Define operational models considering coverage, schedules, SLAs, service responsibilities, and support structures.
- Collaborate with commercial, technical, and delivery teams to build viable and competitive proposals.
- Identify technical risks and opportunities to improve solution design and execution.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in Information Security architecture, consulting, implementation, operations, or pre-sales environments, with the ability to transform complex cybersecurity needs into structured solutions. This role requires solid technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Security, or related technology fields.
- 4+ years of experience working with Information Security solutions, architecture, consulting, implementation, operations, or pre-sales.
- Experience with cybersecurity domains such as SOC, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, vulnerability management, network security, cloud security, IAM, PAM, endpoint security, application security, DevSecOps, threat intelligence, DLP, CASB, SSE, Zero Trust, incident response, GRC, LGPD, and managed security services.
- Strong understanding of Information Security architectures, including security design principles, network protocols, perimeter security, datacenter security, cloud security, and Zero Trust architectures.
- Experience designing managed security service models, operational structures, technical teams, capacity planning, coverage models, SLAs, and effort estimates.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation from vendors, including datasheets, reference architectures, and sizing guides.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, and ITIL.
