MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Supply Chain Analyst, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of our internal and external customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate invoice resolution, supporting procurement activities, and strengthening overall supply chain efficiency.
• Support invoice resolution activities, including researching discrepancies, processing match exceptions, conducting detailed "invoice detective work," and ensuring alignment between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, Operations, and suppliers to maintain compliance, resolve delays, and improve sourcing and procurement workflows
• Drive continuous improvement through strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis, identifying areas where procurement processes are delayed or inefficient, recommending solutions, supporting sourcing execution aligned with GDIT standards and FAR requirements, and analyzing supply chain data for process improvements
• Utilize Oracle Invoice Management, Oracle AP (a plus), Microsoft Office Suite, and supply‑chain best practices to support daily operations, reporting, and optimization projects
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or 4+ additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience: 2+ years of related experience
• Strong communication skills with an ability to drive collaboration across organizational boundaries
• Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred: Oracle Invoice Management, Oracle Accounts Payable (AP) experience a plus
• US citizenship required
• Role requirements: Strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment; detail‑oriented mindset; ability to manage multiple purchasing‑related tasks and projects; experience with invoice resolution, reps and certs, de‑obligations, supplier relations, procurement processes, or accounts payable

The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $70,150. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
