Job Description
Great Roofing & Restoration is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a competitive environment, enjoys coaching others to success, and isn't afraid to lead from the front.
We're looking for a true go-getter. Someone who can recruit, train, motivate, and hold a team accountable while also contributing to revenue growth and maintaining a high-performance sales culture.
Requirements:- Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential sales representatives
- Conduct ride-alongs and field training to improve performance and close rates
- Recruit and onboard top sales talent
- Monitor sales activity, pipeline health, and key performance metrics
- Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement
- Support sales reps with customer presentations, negotiations, and deal strategy
- Work closely with operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Drive revenue growth through both insurance restoration and retail sales opportunities
What We Are Looking For
- Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in roofing, home improvement, restoration, or a related industry
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Ability to recruit and retain top-performing sales professionals
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
- $40,000 Base Salary + Commission
- Earn up to 13% commission on insurance restoration projects
- Earn up to 15% commission on retail projects
