Job Description

We are currently seeking a Front desk - Receptionist. This employee will be a first point of contact for customers and callers, responsible for greeting guests, communicating among the team, and supporting other administrative operations with-in the office. This is a full-time M-F position - Apply today or call for more information!Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Welcoming Customers: This person needs to create a positive first impression and be knowledgeable about directing customers to the appropriate person or department.
  • Managing Communications: answers phone calls, responds to emails, relay messages, and provide information about the organization
  • Administrative Support: Duties include data entry, filing, photocopying, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies
  • Maintaining Lobby Area: Ensuring the front desk and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable is a key part of the role
Skills and Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and listening skills are essential for interacting with visitors and other staff.
  • Organizational Abilities: This position must manage multiple tasks efficiently, including scheduling and administrative duties
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling systems) and the flexibility to learn new or specialized software
  • Experience: Open to all applicants, but we prefer prior experience in reception, clerical or administration.
