Working alongside colleaguesfrom multiple departments, you will help reduce barriers to participation andensure individuals with disabilities have meaningful opportunities to thrive.

As the Inclusion & Support ServicesManager, your contributions will open doors, create opportunities, and helpensure that the JCC remains an inclusive community for years to come. The role provides agency-wide support, with a significant role in Early Childhood, After School and Camp Yachad programs. This is a full-time (40 hours/week), year-round position reporting to the Director of Inclusion and Diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Support
- Plan, model andimplement individualized accommodations for individuals with disabilities or ahigher level of need across all JCC programs including:
- Plan and run ClubConnect after school recreational programs for students with disabilities(Junior Varsity: grades 6-8; Varsity: grade 9 through age 21)
- Work as part of aninterdepartmental team to implement accommodations for children in the EarlyChildhood (ages 6 months - pre-kindergarten) and After School (Kindergartenthrough grade 5) programs
- Train Early Childhoodand After School staff to implement accommodations for children with a higherlevel of need
- A role in Camp Yachadsupporting the Camper Care Team before and during the camp season
- Participate inprofessional development to expand knowledge in providing accommodations andsupports across programs
- Maintain digitalresource hub that staff reference
- Participate in Handlewith Care training
- Other relevant tasksas needed
Administrative Support
- Serve as first point of contact for departmentinquiries
- Manage centralized intakes
- Oversee caseload management
- Create and maintain accommodation forms for program participants
- Coordinate and participate in department and agency-widemeetings
- Maintain real time documentation within the SimplePractice platform
- Manage centralized onboarding for independentlycontracted providers
- Support scheduling of services
- Support program and event set up including day-ofsupport
- Support department invoicing
- Maintain department inventory
- Create adaptivematerials
- Run and interpretreports within the Ages & Stages Questionnaire software platform
- Other relevant duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in special education, earlyintervention, child life specialist, occupational therapy, physical therapy,behavior analysis, social work, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Ability to work cooperatively as a team member andaccept guidance and feedback
- Ability to work with a high level of independencewith minimal guidance
- Ability to work with individuals of all ages andabilities
- Flexible and highly effective at multi-tasking
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exhibit ethical decision making and maintainconfidentiality standards
- Excellent computer skills
Physical Demands:
- Moving throughout the facility and uneven outdoor spaces for several hours a day
- Complete stationary work at a computer for several hours a day
- Sit on the floor
- Life up to 30 pounds

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 annually
