El Paso TX - Yard and Fleet Operations Coordinator in El Paso, Texas at FOLOC GROUP LLC

Foloc Group LLC is a regional freight carrier based in El Paso, TX. We operate a growing fleet of Class A tractors running regional linehaul routes. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented coordinator to manage our yard operations and support our drivers on the ground.

What You Will Do

• Oversee daily yard operations including tractor parking, check-in, and check-out procedures
• Coordinate driver schedules and ensure on-time departures
• Monitor pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure proper documentation is completed
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for drivers
• Track and report equipment issues, maintenance needs, and safety concerns
• Maintain organized records for fleet operations and driver communications
• Support onboarding logistics for new drivers including orientation coordination and equipment assignment
• Communicate daily operational updates to company leadership
• Ensure yard safety and compliance with company standards

What You Will Need

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• 2+ years of experience in fleet operations, yard management, trucking logistics, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and messaging apps
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
