Schedule: 10-month school-year contract

Pay: $38$46 per hour

No evaluations. No case management. More time providing direct speech therapy services to students.

Thrive Therapies Group is expanding its school-based services in Nashville, Tennessee, and is seeking Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to provide direct speech therapy services to students in local school settings.

This role is ideal for an SLPA who wants to focus on direct student treatment while benefiting from clinical guidance, operational support, and a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Deliver focused therapy sessions designed to support individual student communication goals
• Work with an assigned student caseload in school-based settings
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs and school personnel to support student progress
• Travel to assigned service locations within the Nashville area as needed

Qualifications

• Active SLPA license, certification, or credential required under applicable Tennessee state requirements
• Experience supporting pediatric or school-age populations preferred
• Ability to provide direct therapy services under appropriate supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel to assigned school-based service locations in the Nashville area

Preferred Experience

• School-based speech-language therapy experience
• Experience supporting students with speech and language goals
• Familiarity with therapy documentation and student service tracking
• Experience collaborating with supervising clinicians and school teams
