Experienced Breakfast/Lunch Grill Cook in Kalamazoo, Michigan at Park Village Pines

Park Village Pines is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Grill Cook to join our team! In this position, you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents and staff by preparing and serving meals that are fresh, appetizing, and visually appealing. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment were quality, safety, and care come first!

Job Functions include:

• Prepare meals incorporating portion control procedures while utilizing menus and recipes assigned by the chef
• Prepare for serving meals & refreshments for special occasions
• Maintain food safety standards and freshness at all times
• Maintain condition and cleanliness of equipment
• Complete State required documentation on a daily basis
• Complete daily/weekly cleaning requirements

Work Schedules:

This position requires availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Job requirements include:

• Standing, walking, lifting, pulling, or pushing up to 50 lbs
• Multi-task and preform repetitive tasks
• Work as part of a team
