Locations: St. Anthony & Rexburg Dental Clinics
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week (one-hour unpaid lunch break included within the scheduled workday)
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
Grand Peaks is looking for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. We are seeking someone who enjoys providing quality preventive care, educating patients, and building strong relationships with the people we serve.
Our dental team works collaboratively to provide patient-centered care in a supportive environment where teamwork, professionalism, and quality patient care are valued. This position may support both our Rexburg and St. Anthony dental clinic locations based on patient care and operational needs.

As a Dental Hygienist at Grand Peaks, you will:
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, radiographs, and preventive treatments such as fluoride applications.
- Assess patients’ oral health, review medical and dental histories, identify concerns, and accurately document clinical findings and treatment provided.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and recommended treatment while building positive relationships.
- Prepare treatment areas, maintain instruments and equipment, and follow safety, sterilization, and infection-control protocols.
- Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to support individualized patient care and efficient clinic operations.
- Maintain CPR certification, patient confidentiality, and compliance with dental regulations and practice standards.
- Active Idaho Dental Hygienist license
- Minimum of two years of dental hygiene experience preferred
- CPR certification
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
