The Business Development Associate will support revenue growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities while collaborating closely with sales and marketing stakeholders. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build meaningful connections with prospects.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities through phone calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels to identify and engage potential customers.
- Research target accounts, understand prospect challenges, and uncover opportunities aligned with customer needs.
- Partner with marketing teams to nurture leads and convert them into qualified sales conversations.
- Conduct discovery calls to gather insights and support account executives throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with revenue teams to align prospect needs with available solutions, messaging, and resources.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms and prospecting tools, ensuring internal teams have up-to-date information.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network to support pipeline generation and business growth.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a related field.

- Competitive compensation package starting at $55,000+ USD/year (base salary and on-target earnings depending on experience).
