Technical Recruiter

You will own end-to-end recruiting initiatives across critical technical and product functions.

Accountabilities:

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies that support business growth while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires strong ownership of recruiting operations, close collaboration with leadership teams, and the ability to identify and engage top technical talent.

  • Own full-cycle recruiting processes across Engineering, Product, and Design teams, from sourcing through offer management.
  • Partner with executive leaders, founders, and hiring managers to define recruiting strategies and hiring priorities.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies using multiple tools and channels to engage passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Manage inbound applications, optimize recruiting workflows, and improve processes through data-driven insights.
  • Create a high-quality candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, thoughtful interactions, and a seamless hiring journey.
  • Use AI-powered recruiting tools and automation techniques to improve efficiency, research capabilities, and decision-making.
  • Take ownership of recruiting projects, bringing structure to complex challenges and independently driving initiatives forward.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruiting operations, reporting, and hiring practices.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced technical recruiter who combines strong sourcing expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for building meaningful candidate relationships. They should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and collaborating closely with technical and business leaders.

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience within dynamic, high-growth organizations.
  • Proven experience recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical talent markets and modern sourcing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes independently.
  • Experience partnering effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows, automate processes, and improve productivity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a candidate-first mindset.
  • Ability to operate with ownership, urgency, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
