Product Manager Especialista - Builder

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager Especialista - Builder based in Brazil.

Accountabilities:
  • Monitor key product adoption metrics such as Activation Rate, Feature Adoption, DAU/MAU, Time-to-Value, and Retention by Cohort to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Connect product performance indicators with business metrics such as Churn, NRR, and CAC to anticipate risks and support strategic decisions.
  • Conduct complete discovery cycles independently, including user interviews, usability testing, insight synthesis, and hypothesis generation.
  • Prototype and validate product solutions with real users, leveraging artificial intelligence to accelerate research and experimentation processes.
  • Build, prioritize, and align the product roadmap with stakeholders, ensuring initiatives support adoption and retention goals.
  • Apply growth strategies focused on rapid experimentation, low-cost validation, and continuous product improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights and qualitative research to guide product decisions and optimize customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business teams to deliver impactful experiences.
Requirements:
  • Experience in product management roles focused on growth, adoption, engagement, or customer retention.
  • Strong background in growth hacking, including rapid experimentation and hypothesis validation.
  • Ability to independently conduct UX research, user interviews, and usability tests to generate actionable insights.
  • Experience using artificial intelligence tools within product workflows to improve productivity, analysis, and prototyping.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product engagement, adoption, and retention metrics.
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks, feature flags, A/B testing, and controlled product rollouts.
  • Ability to translate customer needs and data insights into clear product strategies and priorities.
  • Knowledge of Product-Led Growth (PLG), guided onboarding, engagement loops, and product expansion strategies is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with in-app messaging tools such as Pendo, Appcues, Intercom, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS products and understanding enterprise customer journeys is preferred.
  • Experience with product prototyping, design processes, and advanced AI tools for analysis or creation is a plus.
