Job Description

Job Title: IT Help Desk / Desktop Support Technician
Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
Interview Process: Video Or In Person
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance.
  • Handle up to 30 support calls per day while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
  • Manage and resolve incidents using ServiceNow.
  • Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Perform Active Directory user administration, including password resets and account unlocks.
  • Support remote users using remote assistance tools.
  • Deploy and configure new hardware and mobile devices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions.
