Certified Nursing Assistant – Intermediate Care (IMCU)

As a Certified Nursing Assistant in Intermediate Care, you'll provide hands-on support to patients who require more specialized monitoring and care. You'll work closely with nurses and the care team while developing valuable clinical experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
- Assist patients with hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and activities of daily living.
- Obtain and document vital signs and other patient information.
- Assist with repositioning, transfers, and safe patient mobility.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
- Assist nurses with patient-care activities and procedures.
- Observe patients and promptly report changes in condition.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and safety.
- Complete documentation accurately and timely.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current CNA certification.
- Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within the required timeframe.
Pay & Benefits
- $18.50 - $29.00 | Differentials for PMs, Nights & Weekend
(Pay is based on experience.)
