Role: Liaison between clients, lien negotiators, and internal teams from settlement through disbursement. Owns release processing, client communication, and clean handoff to Liens.
Core duties
- Issue, track, and QC settlement releases; follow up until executed and returned; upload to Salesforce.
- Be the client's primary post-settlement contact — explain terms/timeline, give status updates, field questions.
- Liaise with Lien Negotiations: submit finalized settlement docs, relay lien updates, escalate stalls to management.
- Keep Salesforce notes and settlement files current; track internal deadlines; build settlement packets.
- Coordinate with Accounting on disbursement — confirm funds received, trust deposits cleared, resolve discrepancies.
- Work with CMs, demand writers, attorneys, and Accounting; flag processing delays to leadership.
- Follow firm compliance/confidentiality standards; support audits as needed.
Requirements
- High attention to detail; comfortable with high case volume.
- PI settlement/lien resolution knowledge (medical liens, subrogation, reimbursement claims) preferred.
- Strong follow-up discipline, client-service demeanor, MS Office/document systems proficiency.

The pay range for this role is:
22 - 27 USD per hour(Beverly Hills-Corporate Office)
