Job Description
Install, test, maintain, and repair electronic equipment, instrumentation, and control systems used in oilfield service
operations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic malfunctions using appropriate testing equipment and diagnostic
tools.
Perform routine preventative maintenance, calibration, and system checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Assist with the setup, configuration, and commissioning of electronic systems and field equipment.
Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment inspections.
Work closely with field operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and new technology implementation as required.
Travel to field locations and provide technical support in operational environments when needed.
Requirements:Experience working with electronic systems, instrumentation, or control equipment in industrial or oilfield environments.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with electronic and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures applicable to oilfield operations.
Ability to work in field environments and travel as required.
