As a Content Operations Specialist at Peliplat, you will play a central role in building and activating our interactive cinema community. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of content, community, and live operations. You will create and curate content, activate users and creators, and operate Virtual Screening Rooms as high-impact social experiences. From writing and editing to live event execution and viral content creation, you will help turn every user interaction into engagement, and every event into growth. By driving user participation, supporting creators, and helping scale our self-sustaining UGC ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who can be both creative and driven, and excited to operate in a fast-paced, startup environment.

• Recruit, onboard, and support Brazilian creators, film critics, and screening hosts to grow Peliplat's creator ecosystem.
• Build strong relationships with creators, helping them succeed and increase engagement on the platform.
• Identify high-potential community members and develop them into active content contributors.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Community teams to execute creator campaigns and engagement initiatives.

• Plan, create, and curate engaging content, including film reviews, editorial content, and short-form videos.
• Manage daily community engagement through discussions, events, and platform initiatives.
• Amplify high-performing user-generated content and encourage community participation before, during, and after screenings.
• Transform live events into engaging content for Peliplat and social media channels.

• Coordinate and operate Virtual Screening Rooms and creator-led live events, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of creators, including scheduling, communication, onboarding, and issue resolution.
• Monitor creator activity and ensure compliance with platform guidelines and operational standards.

• Develop and improve scalable workflows for creator management and community operations.
• Track creator growth, engagement, and event performance, providing insights to optimize strategies.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and creator databases.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Creative enough to develop engaging content and analytical enough to optimize performance.
• A proactive problem solver who enjoys building processes and improving operations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and supporting live events.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Film, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in community management, creator operations, content operations, or talent recruitment.
• Fluent in Portuguese with strong English communication skills.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, or online communities.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheet management.
• Flexibility to support occasional live events outside standard business hours.

• Experience in live streaming, creator economy, or entertainment platforms.
• Familiarity with the Brazilian creator ecosystem and social media landscape.
• Experience with short-form video editing and content creation.
• Knowledge of analytics and performance tracking tools.
