  • Create, maintain, and enhance enablement content, learning resources, certification programs, and supporting materials.
  • Measure program success through business metrics, learner feedback, and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple enablement projects independently while communicating priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Support the adoption of revenue methodologies, processes, and best practices across customer-facing teams.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on enablement professional with experience supporting SaaS revenue organizations. You should be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, managing complex programs, and creating scalable learning solutions in a fast-moving environment.

  • Strong background in facilitation, instructional design, training development, and program management.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on measurable business impact.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Comfortable working independently in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Experience with enablement and business tools such as Jira, Articulate, Litmos, Salesforce, or Looker is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products, product enablement, customer-facing revenue teams, and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Value Selling is advantageous.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $93,500 – $121,500 CAD per year.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility to work from the location where you are most productive.
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits coverage.
  • Wellness spending account to support personal well-being.
  • Flexible paid time off to encourage work-life balance.
  • Paid parental leave program.
